Educational Qualifications
1. For Executive Engineer/General Manager/Deputy General Manager (Commercial)/Manager/Assistant Executive Manager
- Bachelor’s degree (full-time or part-time) in relevant disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
2. For Additional Manager/Deputy General Manager (Finance)
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) or Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI/ICMAI).
- Alternatively, candidates with an MBA in Finance (minimum two years specialization) and a bachelor’s degree in any discipline are also eligible.
3. For Deputy General Manager (Secretarial)
- Must be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 30 years
- Maximum Age: 54 years (varies based on post and experience).
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC candidates: 3 years

Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹2,80,000, depending on the post and grade.
